On-site service
. If for some reason we are not able to correct an issue over the phone, we can schedule an onsite service call.
Shop service.
Customers can either ship in or carry in equipment for shop repair. See the Contacts page for address.
Remote Support.
For those customers needing assistance with software, we have a utility that can be downloaded. The Meeting ID will be provided to you by the service technician. This utility allows us to remote to your computer and correct any problems, saving you time and money!

Support Updates
IMPORTANT ID UPGRADE- P3000, P4000, P5000
This upgrade is very important!
The new ribbons coming out for these printers will not work, with out the new firmware for your ID Printer. Also for most cases the firmware can not be updated because the driver needs to be updated as well. Read Driver Instructions and see if you need a driver update. If not just update your firmware.

PM605 Windows 7 Driver Info
